Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Charges

The charges for delivery will be standard shipping costs to anywhere in the US. Lucky Chic also ships internationally.

Delivery Time

Delivery times will vary with each item, dependent on the auction end time and the location of where the item is being shipped. All items should be delivered within fourteen (14) days after your payment in full has been received by Lucky Chic. We will send out a notification email with advice of tracking when your item has been shipped. In the event your item is backordered, Lucky Chic will notify you immediately and provide you with a revised estimate of shipping date. If you have not received your item after fourteen days, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.

What if the item I won is damaged or faulty?

If this ever happens to you, we sincerely apologize! All of the items on our site are in new condition, but may be damaged in transit. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will give you instructions on how to return the damaged or faulty item back to us.

Substitute Item

In an extraordinary situation where we are unable to ship the specific item listed in an auction, we will contact you and offer another item of equivalent or greater value.

Can I return an item that I have won?

We always hope that you would want to keep the item that you have won, but if, for some reason you no longer want the item, please get in touch with our Customer Care team within fourteen (14) days of payment for the item. If the item is returnable, we will let you know how to return your item for a Lucky Chic credit. We will only be able to offer a credit on the final auction price of the item that you have won and fully paid for. We will not be able to refund the cost of the bids placed or the shipping costs. Please note that some categories of items are final sale only, and that no return or refund is available in this case.
